Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Accounts Receivable Accountant in Sheikh-Zayed City

• Assist in monitoring and managing the accounts receivable aging report to identify overdue accounts.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Document all communications and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
  • Assist in receiving customer checks.
  • Review and organize all AR contracts to validate and coordinate with the AR/Finance Team.
  • Assist in handling billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, collection process, and applicable legal regulations.
  • Communicate with clients for the collection of WHT certificates.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives related to receivables management
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling receivables

• From 0 to 1 years of experience in accounting job
• Bachelor's degree from Faculty of Commerce - Accounting section
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
•  Numerical skills
•  Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient English language skills
