AI Engineer Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a GenAI Engineer / Lead (4-5 years’ experience) to design and implement 
Agentic AI pipelines for an AI-powered Voice Agent platform. 

The role focuses on building LLM-based orchestration systems that combine: 
• conversational AI  
• RAG pipelines  
• API integrations  
• tool-based reasoning  

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows using LLMs  
• Build orchestration pipelines for:  
o multi-step conversations  
o tool calling  
o API execution  
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines  
• Implement prompt engineering and response control  
• Integrate LLM pipelines with:  
o backend APIs  
o CRM systems  
• Handle conversation memory and context management  
• Improve AI response accuracy and reliability  
• Collaborate with development teams for end-to-end integration  

Nice to Have : 
• Basic knowledge of voice AI (STT/TTS)  
• Exposure to real-time systems  
• Experience with Kubernetes or cloud environments  
• Arabic language understanding  

Experience Requirements:
• 4-5 years total experience  
• 2+ years in Generative AI / LLMs  
• Experience in building production AI pipelines 

Skills 
Generative AI & LLMs 
• Strong experience with LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, GPT-style models)  

• Experience with:  
o prompt engineering  
o tool/function calling  
o multi-step reasoning  
Agentic AI & Orchestration (CORE) 

• Hands-on experience with:  
o LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI (or similar)  
• Designing:  
o multi-agent workflows  
o task orchestration pipelines  
RAG & Knowledge Systems 
• Experience building RAG pipelines  

• Familiarity with:  
o embeddings (BGE, Instructor or similar)  
o vector databases (Qdrant or similar)  
Integration & APIs 
• Experience integrating AI systems with backend APIs  
• Understanding of REST APIs and system workflows  
Programming 
• Strong Python experience  
• Clean code and modular design
