Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Business Unit Manager/Sales Manager

What will you do? 
• Develop and execute the business strategy to achieve sales and 
profitability targets. 
• Manage the overall performance and P&L of the business unit. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and 
negotiate commercial agreements. 
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the product portfolio. 
• Coordinate with Marketing on branding, product launches, and 
promotional activities. 
• Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure product 
availability and business growth. 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business performance reports. 
• Lead and develop the business unit team to achieve company 
objectives. 

What will you need? 
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a 
related field. 
• 8–12 years of experience in FMCG. 
• At least 3 years in a managerial role. 
• Experience in Category Management, Business Development, Commercial, or 
Sales Management. 
• Previous experience managing suppliers and launching new products is highly 
preferred.
