- Carries responsibility for the profitability, development and expansion of Raya Shop.com
- Managing and motivating Raya Shop team to increase sales and ensure efficiency while Ensuring standards for quality, customer service
- Meet with vendors and distributors to ensure that Rayashop is getting the best offers in the market and branding agreements
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future E Commerce sales volumes to maximize profits
- Work with team to Design and execute Digital marketing programs to acquire new customers through digital channels.
- Work with Various Types of Digital Advertising (Social Media – Google Search - Google Display– Remarketing – Affiliate Marketing) to maximize visitors numbers
- Analyze customer behaviors and trends to facilitate planning
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing
- Initiating different tactics to adapt to any changes in the market for example launching new projects, learning about new trends and online strategic directions
- Supervises the analysis of profit margins to ensure profitability of all products
- Ensuring a positive customer journey starting from order request till delivery
- Analyzes operational reports setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions
- Prepare the annual budget , anticipated sales, expenses, and inventories; reviews financial statements and reports for Rayashop.com
- Carries responsibility for setting Raya shop team monthly and quarterly objectives
- Performs other related duties
