Engineer (Quality Control)

• Follow the implementation of quality control procedure by inspecting, testing & qualifying received components to maintain product quality level & cost.
• Establish quality manual of each component with all standards & specifications to effectively control the process of components’ receiving.
• Qualify new introduced suppliers, materials and components to ensure compliance with specifications & standards.
• Measure suppliers’ performance level periodically based on evaluation criteria to enhance components quality level.
• Set development plans for approved suppliers through audits & visits to improve suppliers quality level and ensure high quality level for received components.
• Set plans for periodic audits on warehouses the ensure the implementation of related procedures and standards.
• Measure plant performance against agreed KPIs & objectives to identify areas for improvement.
• Audit the performance of manufacturing & production processes by inspecting & testing random samples from manufactured & produced products to maintain product quality level & cost.
• Investigate & troubleshoot production & manufacturing issues and set agreed actions with operations team to achieve product & process quality level.
• Monitor, Investigate & troubleshoot market returns issues and set responsibilities & needed actions to enhance customer satisfaction level.
• Measure skills of QC team and set training plans based on skills matrix to improve technical skills level for both production and QC teams and encourage them towards continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations to maintain safe working area.

Technical Skills

• Good Knowledge of production & manufacturing techniques.
• Very good knowledge of problem solving, statistical tools & techniques.
• Basic knowledge for A/C product features.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is added plus.
• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge is added plus
