- Coordinate all maintenance activities and schedules to ensure consistent delivery of essential services and operational stability
- Serve as the primary liaison with local neighborhoods and government agencies to address and resolve any arising issues or compliance matters
- Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable work environment for all employees by implementing safety standards and workplace best practices
- Plan, manage, and oversee the installation of (e.g., telecommunications, electricity) as well as facility renovations
- Conduct ongoing follow-up to assess and fulfill the needs of employees and branch locations
- Respond promptly to urgent issues and emergencies, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruptions
