Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Executive (General Cashier)

What will you do:

• Oversee and manage all cash transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of daily cash flow, including receipts and disbursements.
• Prepare, verify, and submit daily cash reports and bank deposits, ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity.
• Conduct thorough reconciliations of cash accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly, and ensuring all transactions are accounted for accurately.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Maintain organized financial records and collaborate with other departments for efficient cash management.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and ensure all funds are accurately recorded.
• Receive and process payments to suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
• Verify invoices and ensure all supporting documentation is complete before processing payments.
