Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Front Desk Executive
What will you do?
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- Answer the phone in a timely manner
- Responsible for permission cycle by Coordinating with the duty manager, making follow-up, and making sure of delivering it to the security team
- Responsible for receiving the payment for the events, cashless system and some classes of multipurpose rooms and delivering it to the finance team or the responsible
