Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring an HR Graduate Intern.

What will you do?

• Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes such as job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Contribute to employer branding campaigns and initiatives that promote Raya’s culture and values.

• Understand employee sentiments and needs to propose and implement engagement activities that enhance the employee experience.

• Support in executing performance management cycles and related communication.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of various HR initiatives and projects.

What will you need?

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HR focus) or any related discipline.

• A huge interest in the Human Resources field, with exposure or passion for Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Employee Engagement.

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

• Interest in design and visual content creation, with exposure to tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

• Creativity and passion for people, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fast learner, proactive, and problem solver with an enthusiasm to learn and grow.

• Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a diverse team.
