Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring an HR Transformation Executive.

What will you do?

• Transformation Project Execution: Assist in managing and executing transformation initiatives across Raya and its Lines of Business by overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Culture Transformation: Support the design and rollout of Raya’s Culture Transformation project through project management, communication planning, documentation, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
• HR Policy Development & Governance: Contribute to the annual HR Policy Development Project by drafting, reviewing, and governing HR policies, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives.
• Change Communication & Storytelling: Create and manage communications materials, including presentations and storytelling assets to support relevant change initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Strategic Reporting: Analyze HR data and contribute to dashboards that track strategic KPIs and project success.

What will you need?

Interpersonal Skills:

• Demonstrates ownership, accountability and takes initiative.
• Communicates ideas clearly with strong storytelling, and content. creation to engage stakeholders and support transformation narratives.
• Collaborates effectively across teams with strong stakeholder engagement.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiar with project management.
• Basic data analysis and dashboarding.
• Strong presentation and communication material development.
• Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint).
• Basic understanding of HR metrics and KPIs.
