Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring an HR Executive.

Provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities, maintaining the accuracy of employee files, organizing and screening CVs and resumes, managing job ads, and assisting in employee engagement activities.

What will you do?

• Files documents and answers employee inquiries.
• Posts job vacancies, and do phone screening calls, schedules interviews, and confirms applicant availability.
• Gathers and organizes job applications.
• Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates and announcements.
• Assists in checking overall compliance with company rules.
• Participates and assists in career days and company social and networking events.

What will you need?

• minimum one year of experience in the same role
• Bachelors Degree
• Proficient PowerPoint and Excel
• Able to demonstrate professional work ethic
• Able to maintain flexible work schedule
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
