الوصف الوظيفي
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews.
- Support the performance management process by assisting in goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire documents and conducting orientation sessions.
- Support the coordination of training programs and initiatives.
- Help maintain training records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is a must.
