Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring an Internal Communications & Engagement Graduate Intern.

What will you do?

•       Assist in planning and executing employee engagement campaigns and internal events.
•       Support the design and execution of internal marketing and communication campaigns for strategic initiatives, including email communications, branding assets, storytelling, and awareness activities.
•       Create engaging content and presentations that strengthen Raya's culture, values, and employee experience.
•       Coordinate with different functions to gather content, employee stories, and success stories across the organization.
•       Maintain and optimize internal communication channels to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
•       Track engagement metrics and support the collection of employee feedback and insights.

What will you need?

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
• Strong interest in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, and Corporate Culture.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Canva or design tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
