الوصف الوظيفي
- Monitors and analyzes Raya Trade LOB business units' results (Key Performance Indicators, Sales Targets, Working Capital, Gross Profits and expenses) and reports them to the Top management team on a weekly and monthly basis
- Compiles, consolidates and submits actual and budget data in various formats and reports, variance analysis and variance reports (actual vs. budget) and reports them to the top management
- Monitors all actual operational results and ensures adherence to the business plan per business unit and upon top management's request
- Responsible in preparing the monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow and all finance closing procedures.
- Ensuring Accounting data integrity and utilizing large datasets from diverse systems to build financial models from scratch
- Assists the FP&A Lead in Annual plan, any rolling outlook, Long term planning.
- Implement, design and maintain dashboards by using data visualization tools
- Provide monthly business reports (store/segment, profitability by brand/category
- Work closely with the FP&A & head of finance in providing insights to help in the decision-making process.
