Leasing Specialist

Raya Smart Buildings; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire Leasing Specialist with the below responsibilities and qualifications:

- Lease retail space in compliance with the approved leasing plan and budget 

- Participate in developing the tenants mix inside the business complex

- Work with the marketing department to sustain the business complex brand 

- Maintains a database for potential tenants 

- Contact potential clients to present available spaces in the mall and offices, create their interest, explain financial and operational terms, and negotiate these terms with interested retailers

- Communicate the tenants' technical/engineering comments to relevant teams 

- Responsible for the preparation of leasing documents in accordance with the agreed terms

-  Responsible for the cycle of the leased transactions until the closure of the deal

- Create new marketing channels for Galleria40 and Raya View

- Report on the progress and achievements,

- Bachelor's degree 

- Language:  Excellent English and Arabic proficiency

- Technical Skills:- Previous experience in similar job
