Marketing Executive

Aman Micro Finance, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire “Marketing Executive” to join its team with the below job description and qualifications

Job Purpose:
To provide all necessary requirements regarding the production & warehousing. Responsible for promoting marketing campaigns to endorse Aman product and services on social media.

Key job responsibilities:
• Manages all the logistical issues during events.
• Ensures that all events requirements are available (giveaways, branding, designs)
• Follows-up with the hotel reservations.
• Supervises the printing of branding materials.
• Executes and ensures proper implementation of all branding initiatives, including Aman store branding, flyers, brochures, catalogs, giveaways, banners, posters, etc..
• Holds responsibility of Aman’s Internal branding measurements & production
• Keeps track of stock inventory and collateral in marketing warehouse
• Follows-up on the warehouse and stand’s maintenance.
• Holds responsibility of archiving corporate branding materials, giveaways, audio visual and PM (CDs – Videotapes – Photos – Press Clippings – Flyers – Connect – Invitations & Envelops – Profiles – Calendar)
• Responsible for social media Support, including maintaining Facebook page posts and managing consumer interactions.
• Responsible for Aman’s email shot campaign dispatch to the company’s customer list
