What will you do?
· Provide functional and technical support for Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Production).
· Assist in day-to-day ERP transactions and troubleshoot user issues to ensure business continuity.
· Support data uploads and report generation using tools like WebADI and Oracle reports.
· Coordinate with IT and functional teams to address system enhancements or bug fixes.
· Document processes and provide user training as needed.

What will you need?
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 0:2 years of experience.
· Technical Proficiency:
Ø Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Ø Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and basic reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher).
Ø Familiarity with business processes in manufacturing or supply chain is a plus.
Ø Certifications such as Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) are preferred but not mandatory.
