Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a Programs Officer.

• Assist in the planning and execution of accelerator programs, including workshops, mentorship sessions and networking events.
• Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring smooth scheduling, venue arrangements, and effective communication with participants.
• Track and analyze program metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Scout for promising startups to join our accelerator programs, contributing to a dynamic and innovative cycle.
• Conduct needs-assessments for entrepreneurs participating in our programs to tailor support effectively.
• Collaborate closely with startups and Raya experts to facilitate successful on-on-one mentorship sessions.
• Follow up with startups to ensure they receive all necessary support from Raya, including post-program assistance regarding investment outcomes
• Research and identify new tools and resources that can enhance the services offered by Raya FutureTECH
• Assist in the marketing and promotion of Raya FutureTech, contributing to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives.

• Excellent written English and Arabic, and strong oral and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable in the field of entrepreneurship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure for tight deadlines
• Ability to work across several projects simultaneously
