What is Rise?

Rise graduate program is Raya's annual program for fresh talent with 0 - 2 years of experience and its new supervisory track for talents with 3-4 years of experience to go through a unique journey! Every 4 months you rotate in a different department or company to get a hands-on exposure which will excel your career. The program starts in January 2023, what tracks do we have this year?

Maintenance After Sales Track at Raya Auto:

The After Sales scope includes building solid partnerships with Raya customers, enhancing their experience, build and grow online sales activities, building a pipeline for potential customers, and observe market trends for better market forecasts.

Data Analysis Track at Aman E-payments:

Build upon your data analysis and visualization career by applying to become our next Data Analytics riser responsible for leading insights across the technology sector. 

Product Management at Aman E-payments:

If you are interested to grow your career in Business Development, now is your chance to apply to our Rise Product Management Supervisory track where you will be able to bring in new ideas, projects, products, and programs to the table all while conducting market research and analysis to assess customer needs. 

Supply Chain Track at Raya Auto:

The Supply Chain scope includes developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors as well as shaping the overall supply chain and logistics strategy to have a streamlined process and increased efficiency.

Human Resources at Raya Holding:

Explore the human resources department with all its functions! Dive into the HR basics covering all areas from talent management, employer branding, recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits and much more.

- Bachelor degree in a relevant field

- Perfect command of both English and Arabic

- Maximum 2 years of experience, for fresh graduates.

- Maximum of 4 years of experience, for talents applying to the supervisory track.
