Sales Representative (Retail Operations Indoor)

·        Promote and sell retail products and services to walk-in customers, aiming to consistently achieve sales targets

·        Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience

·        Collaborate with the branch's Financial Services Representative to ensure smooth and secure handling of cash-in and cash-out transactions

·        Receive installment payments from customers and ensure accurate processing and documentation

·        Guide customers through the setup and activation of Vodafone Wallet and CIB Wallet, offering technical support and resolving basic issues when necessary

·        Implement daily store workflows including opening/closing procedures, checklists, financial deposits, and required administrative paperwork to ensure smooth shop operations.

What will you need?

·       Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, or a related discipline.

·       Experience: 0-1 Years in the Sales Function.
