Senior (Community Executive)

Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Senior Executive for Edge Innovation Centers in west Cairo (  Sheikh-Zayed City) with the following requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to a diverse client, addressing their needs promptly and professionally, and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the business center.                       
• Ensure the business center facilities are well-maintained, coordinate repairs, monitor operations, and ensure compliance with policies.                                                          
• Manage the business centers operations with clients, internal teams and external providers.
• Assist in generating leads to sales by providing information to potential clients for up-selling and addressing their needs
• Analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the overall guest experience.

• From 1 to 3 years of experience (Co-workspace, hotels or business centers)
• Bachelor's degree (Business Administration)
• Proficient English language skills
• Excellent customer service & administration skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
