· Define and lead the overarching digital roadmap, ensuring the Organic/Social and Performance/Paid pillars work in synergy to hit unified business KPIs.
· Owning the total digital marketing budget, strategically allocating funds between Media Buying, SEO, Agency fees, and Content Production to maximize ROI.
· Architect the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring that "Top of Funnel" organic awareness effectively feeds into "Bottom of Funnel" paid lead generation.
· Lead the technical implementation and optimization of Adjust (MMP) to ensure precise tracking, attribution, and cohort analysis across all mobile campaigns.
· Manage and mentor two specialized managers (Organic and Performance), fostering a culture of data-driven creativity and cross-departmental collaboration.
· Act as the final decision-maker for all external digital agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and strict contract compliance & maintain regular checkpoints with main stakeholders to monitor campaigns performance while providing recommendations for enhancements.
· Drive high-volume, qualified lead generation and total submissions by optimizing the conversion path for both organic and paid traffic sources
· Align the SEO strategy with the Organic Content team to ensure the brand dominates both "Earned" and "Owned" search results through high-value storytelling.
· Lead initiatives to enhance data tracking accuracy, proactively identifying and implementing new tools or scripts to optimize the measurement of the entire user journey.
· Proactively identify and implement emerging technologies, including Generative AI and automation tools, to scale operations and maintain a competitive edge.
المهارات
What will you need?
· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience:
o +10 years of experience in Media Buying & Digital Marketing, or a related field.
o +5 years of experience in a Managerial role
