  • ·        Review and validate customer documents submitted for installment and loan applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and authenticity
  • ·        Coordinate closely with Sales Representatives to ensure timely submission of all required documents and resolve discrepancies
  • ·        Conduct customer verifications call to validate application details and confirm customer consent
  • ·        Ensure compliance with company credit policies, approval matrix, and booking procedures prior to booking
  • ·        Verify approved limits, pricing, tenors, and contractual terms before contract generation
  • ·        Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate cases to relevant departments
  • ·        Follow up on pending cases to ensure completion within agreed turnaround time (TAT)
  • ·        Maintain accurate records and proper documentation in line with audit and regulatory standards
  • ·        Provide guidance and on-the-job support to junior booking officers
  • ·        Act as a liaison between Sales, Credit, Risk, and Operations for complex cases
  • ·        Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance booking efficiency and control
  • ·        Support internal and external audits related to booking quality and documentation
  • Monitor booking quality metrics and contribute to reducing errors and rework

المهارات

What will you need?

·       Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

·       Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in booking activities, credit operations, and loan processing.

·       Technical Proficiency:

o   Ownership

o   Ideas presentation and Taking initiative

o   In-depth knowledge of the CF’s credit procedures and policies

o   Strong knowledge of installment and loan documentation

o   Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint

o   Documentation completeness ratio

o   Turnaround Time (TAT)

o   Error and rework percentage

o   Escalation ratio due to documentation issues
