Senior Officer (Field Visits Collection)-SMEs

• ·        Conducts daily field visits to delinquent customers based on pre-planned routes to ensure direct follow-up and recovery actions focusing on SMEs Customers
• ·         Negotiate payment plans and settlements directly with customers while maintaining a professional and manner approach to maximize successful debt recovery.
• ·        Locate customers who have changed their addresses or contact information to support effective account resolution
• ·        Document the outcome of each field visit accurately to ensure proper reporting and tracking of collection activities (e.g., & “Promise to Pay”, “Refusal to Pay”, OR “Address Vacant”) in the collection system.

What will you need?

·       Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce on any related field.

·       Experience: 2-3 years’ Experience.
