Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Specialist (Treasury)

What will you do?

• Oversee daily cash management activities and liquidity forecasting to ensure sufficient funding for operational and business requirements
• Monitor and optimize working capital components, including inventory, receivables, and payables, to improve cash flow efficiency.
• Manage banking relationships and credit facilities to secure effective financial support and maintain strong partnerships with financial institutions
• Monitor foreign exchange exposure and multi-currency operations to minimize financial risks and support international transactions
• Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and strengthen financial governance
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, treasury reports, and financial analyses to support management decision-making and financial planning
• Manage capital expenditure budgets and financing activities to ensure proper allocation of financial resources and business continuity
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements to minimize operational and financial risks
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align treasury activities with business objectives and operational needs
• Identify and implement treasury process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cash utilization

What will you need?

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       3–5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.

·       Previous experience within manufacturing or advanced manufacturing industries is preferred.

·       Strong knowledge of liquidity management and working capital optimization.

·       Experience handling multi-currency transactions and foreign exchange exposure.

·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and treasury management systems.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
