Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist

What will you do?

•      participate in showroom hospitality actively to ensure customer satisfaction, and collecting information on potential customers.
•      Answer and provide customers with all required info/details about the products related to prices, options, colors, specification and delivery Leadtime enquires.
•      Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the pre-aligned time frame.
•      Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
•      Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
•      Close deals and handle difficult customers as and when needed.
•      Use strong product knowledge and familiarity with the company’s marketing department promotion policies to do what it takes to get the deal done.

What will you need?

•      Minimum 1-3 years related experience in sales operations
•      Bachelor's degree in any related field.
•      Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
•      Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks
•     Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
