Technical Skills

 FortiGate Firewalls:

Configuration and management of FortiGate firewalls.

Knowledge of FortiOS and Fortinet Security Fabric.

Experience with VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.

Domain Controllers:

Administration of Windows Server environments.

Management of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.

Experience with domain migrations and upgrades.

Network Management:

Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).

Security Appliances:

Familiarity with other security appliances (e.g., FortiGate, Palo Alto).

Understanding of firewall policies and security best practices.

Operating Systems:

Proficiency in Windows, macOS operating systems.

Software Applications:

Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., TeamViewer, Zendesk).

Hardware:

Ability to troubleshoot and repair PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
