Conduct internal audits for operations/departments as per the annual audit plan.
Maintain the implementation of the QHSE Management Systems to achieve compliance with targeted standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Conduct audit programs for Internal processes & External suppliers by defining & performing audit plans to ensure the compliance & effectiveness of QHSE Systems
Follow and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken, and non-conformities are effectively closed out. for continual improvement
Assure that customer complaints are managed, and corrective and preventive actions are effective.
Follow and ensure the calibration of all tools, machines, and equipment.
Ensure the full implementation of traceability programs.
Review, code, issue, and isolate documents to be controlled and assure the implementation of document control procedures among all departments.
Pursue any other activities within the job scope assigned by his direct manager or organization management.
