What will you do?

• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings.
• Ideate and develop new product concepts, formulations, and recipes based on market insights and consumer demands.
• Collaborate with procurement and quality assurance teams to ensure the sourcing of high-quality ingredients that meet food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Design and execute product trials and experiments to optimize taste, texture, shelf-life, and nutritional value of Raya Foods products.
• Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations, certifications, and customer-specific requirements for export.
• Work closely with commercial, manufacturing and operations teams to scale up new products from concept to commercialization, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of research findings, formulation records, and project timelines.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing product formulations and processes to enhance product performance and cost-efficiency.

 Technical skills:

• Good awareness of testing methods, GMP
• Strong understanding of food chemistry, food processing techniques, and food safety regulations.
