Specialist (Software Testing)

• Understands the scope of projects, and works with software developers, 
project support teams and vendors to identify business/technical requirements 
to write and execute test scripts
• Review’s documentation and writes bug reports, assures quality, and gives 
feedback to all project stakeholders to take corrective actions if any
• Execute stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability 
testing to make sure that the system is capable of fulfilling requirements
• Use manual and automated testing tools; in order to increase the reliability 
and quality of applications
• Tests in different environments including different service platforms and 
addresses system defects to report findings to the responsible team
• Review’s documentation and writes bug reports, assures quality and gives 
feedback to all project stakeholders to take corrective actions if any
• Keeps up on industry trends and current technological standards, languages, 
utilities and operational considerations, and works with the project 
management team to suggest testing tools, new methodologies

• Technical Proficiency:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office.
o Automation experience is a must
o Performance experience is a plus
o Proficient in incident reporting
