What will you do?

• Process ITLOB monthly payroll .

• Participate in executing computation, Reviews documentation and processing of payroll wages and deductions from employees to ensure accuracy & adherence to the company rules

• Assist in salary surveys and analyzes results to determine organization's market relationship

• Revise employees salaries Vs company compensation policies in relation to the market wages and prevailing rates for similar jobs in comparable industries, and recommends changes to the direct manager as appropriate.

• Participate in developing and implementing salary administration guidelines.

• Studies compensation programs or incentive systems to support the organization's objectives.

• Prepare all needed Reports & Analysis needed by Top mgmt. on HR Costs to support decision making

• 4-6 years of experience
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Customer Centricity
•Knowledge of principles and procedures for compensation and benefits, labor relations. •Knowledge of labor laws, taxation and government regulations.
