Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Supervisor (Costing &Taxes)

What will you do?

·       Supervises the preparation and review of product and operational costing to ensure accurate cost allocation, margin analysis, and reliable data for management decision-making.

·       Analyzes cost variances and monitors cost structures to identify inefficiencies and support cost optimization and profitability improvement.

·       Oversees standard costing and cost control processes to ensure consistency, compliance with accounting policies, and effective budget control.

·       Handles the preparation, review, and submission of all tax returns (income tax, VAT, withholding tax) to ensure full compliance with tax laws and avoid penalties or legal risks.

·       Reviews tax calculations, reconciliations, and payments to ensure accuracy, proper booking in the accounting system, and alignment with statutory requirements.

·       Coordinates with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants to ensure smooth handling of tax audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.

·       Monitors updates in tax laws and regulations and assesses their impact on the company to ensure proactive compliance and effective tax planning.

·       Supervises and supports costing and tax team members and reviews their deliverables to ensure accuracy, timely completion, and continuous development of team capabilities.

What will you need?

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

·       5–7 years of experience in accounting, with solid exposure to costing and taxation.
