Supervisor (Risk)

·         Supervise and monitor team operation on daily basses 

·         Minimizing the risk by performing analysis and review of credit application and to be submitted to risk manager.

·         Process credit application in an efficient and timely manner.

·         Prepare appropriate and sound recommendations to be presented to Risk Manager.

·         Assist in Planning, Designing and implementing the company’s overall risk management strategy and processes.

·         Perform credit analysis for new schemes and products.

·         Assess and process non-performing cases, loans rescheduling, initiating & dropping legal actions...etc.

·         Participate in setting/amending credit policies, discretionary powers and workflow.

·         Track deficiencies and make appropriate recommendations to mitigate said risks in order to find suitable solutions.

·         Undertake other tasks as requested by Risk Manage

·         Educational Background: Bachelor is Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline.

·         Experience:

o   Minimum 6-7 years of relevant banking &/or Microfinance experience.

o   1-year supervisory experience in the same position

·         Technical Proficiency:

o    Ability to liaise with colleagues.

o    Team player.

o    Communication skills

o    Time Management

o    Good understanding of risk management concepts and applications.

o    Excellent skills in analyzing and evaluating statistical data

o    Awareness of company’s policy.
