Talent Development Specialist - HR

Raya Smart Buildings, subsidiary of Raya Holding For Financial Investments, is hiring for the below responsibilities:-

• Responsible for the recruitment process for job vacancies
• Manage the new joiner onboarding process (Induction)
• Provide HR support and advice to employees, explaining policies and procedures on a timely and effective manner
• Manage exit interview process, analysis and action plan 
• Assist in the learning needs analysis process
• Keep the used systems updated with accurate data
• Manage the performance management process (JD – Objectives Setting – Evaluation)
• Plan and implement employee engagement activities

- Bachelor degree 

- HR Certificate is a must (PHR - HR diploma)

- English fluency
