Team Leader (ATM - Maintenance)

Raya Information Technology, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Team Leader (ATM - Maintenance) with the below job responsibilities and qualifications

Team Management & planning:

• Allocate resources & Monitor performance on daily basis.
• Set Technical skills development & knowledge transfer plans for his team members
• Track operations fulfillment quarterly for his team
• Review installation, maintenance & roll out plans

Account Management & product ownership:

• Maintain customer satisfaction & periodic service review meeting
• Track stock availability & monitor team consumption
• Communicate with vendors, receive New upgrades and resolve any problem or escalation

• Bachelor degree in engineering (Electrical, mechatronics, communication…)
• 7+ years of experience in the field of maintenance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
