Raya Trade one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Team Leader (collection)
What will you do?
- Responsible for the external agency performance
- prepare the clearance letters for the settled cases
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Responsible for the Collection team agency
