Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Tires Sales Manager (Passenger / TBR / OTR Range)

What will you do?

•        Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in Passenger, TBR, and OTR tire segments.
•        Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and fleet managers to meet sales figures
•        Lead, train, and manage the sales team to meet performance goals.
•        Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
•        Negotiate contracts and pricing with major clients for sustainable partnerships.
•        Coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely deliveries.
•         Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.

What will you need?

•        Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the tire industry, focusing on Passenger, TBR, and OTR segments.
•        Minimum 2 years of experience in management
•        Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
•        A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
•        Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
•        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
