Job Description
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media platforms
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success that affect our industry target audience
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
• Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Instagram, etc
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
Skills
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• 3-5 years related experience
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
