Aman Financial Services, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire “E-commerce Sales Executive” to join its team with the below job description and qualifications
Key job responsibilities:
• Selling retail products, goods and services to proper customers to achieve sales targets.
• Handling customers to find what they want by having sufficient knowledge of all products offered and their features to ensure a smooth sales process
• Building strong relationships with customers to developing long-term customer loyalty.
• Coordinating with other sales representatives in the store to provide the customers with the highest level of quality.
• Implementing day-to-day workflow , to achieve established goals.
• Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc
• Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
• Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
• Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff at our traditional boutiques.
• Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
• Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
• Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client.
• Maintain and update regular client correspondence.
