Executive (Business Control)

Raya Information Technology; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Executive (Business Control with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:

• Review customer POs / Contracts against company’s standards & Highlight risks that can be present.
• Get all the required approvals from the management for any nonstandard T&Cs.
• Update Oracle and Sales system with the accepted opportunities, amended projects (extension / Termination)
• Prepare tracking sheet for all the awarded deals with its status (in-process, on hold, rejected, accepted)
• Review the invoices requests and revenue recognition received from the project management team to be shared with finance team
• Consolidate revenue forecast monthly and follow up on the status of unearned revenue.

• Bachelor degree of Business Administration or relevant
• Excellent communication & Analytical skills
• Figures & quality oriented
