Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring an Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor Engineer

 What will you do?

•       Ensuring the availability of the service equipment and tools are regularly maintained.
•       Following up with the technicians on the workflow and distributing the jobs on the technical team based on the qualifications, responsibilities, and technical skills.
•       Checking the internal and external condition of the cars before conducting the job order and matching it with the requested job order.
•       Assisting in daily maintenance and troubleshooting, technical identification of the causes of faults in repaired vehicles.
•       Evaluating Throughput calculation, analysis and improvement based on the agreed KPI’s with direct Manager
•       Cooperating with the HSE Department in health and safety matters in order to provide a safe working environment.
•       Preparing capacity and resources plans as per the set departmental objectives and ensures their efficient execution and their total compliance to the quality and safety standards.
•       Ensuring the speedy of and appropriate repair and maintenance of customer vehicles and compliance with all company’s Policies and procedures.

What will you need?

•       Min 6 years of experience in automotive
•       BA in Engineering
•       Management Skills
•       Problem solving skills
•       Operational Awareness
