Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Large grocery sales Manager 

What will you do?

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the large grocery.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts and agreements to drive sales and profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

What will you need?

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the grocery industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
