What will you do?

• Oversee the Planning, coordinating and controlling receiving, arranging orders processes and dispatching goods process.
• Manage the inventory control systems up-to-date and ensure the accuracy of stocks.
• Oversee the submitted regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage Maintaining health, safety, hygiene and security standards in the work environment.
• Manage warehouses in compliance with company policies, quality Regulations
• Achieves financial goals by preparing an annual budget; Scheduling expenditures Analyze variances and initiate corrective action.
• Oversee stock control and order processing.
• Manage the inventory control systems and plan future capacity requirements.
• Work to deliver supplies inspection records on a regular basis in each quantity separately on the same date of supply.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, forklift operators, and pickers, fostering a positive work environment.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and enhance operational efficiency. Implement lean principles and best practices to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase accuracy.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to automate processes and improve data accuracy.
