What will you do ?

•          Assist in monitoring and managing the accounts receivable aging report to identify overdue accounts.
•          Communicate with clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices.
•          Document all communications and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
•          Assist in receiving customer checks
•         Review and organize all AR contracts to validate and coordinate with AR/Finance Team.
•         Assist in handling billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
•          Ensure compliance with company policies, collection process and applicable legal regulations
•          Communicate with clients for collection of WHT certificates.
•          Assist in process improvement initiatives related to receivables management
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling receivables

What will you need ?

• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Numerical skills
•               Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•               Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
