Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Collection Accountant
What will you do ?
- Assist in monitoring and managing the accounts receivable aging report to identify overdue accounts.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Document all communications and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Assist in receiving customer checks
- Review and organize all AR contracts to validate and coordinate with AR/Finance Team.
- Assist in handling billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, collection process and applicable legal regulations
- Communicate with clients for collection of WHT certificates.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives related to receivables management
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling receivables
