Explore is a summer internship program targeting undergraduates who are looking for an opportunity to explore the business world. Selected candidates get assigned to different projects that allows them to explore their capabilities.
Target Audience : Undergraduates
SnapShot is Raya’s job shadowing program!You’ll get a chance to meet some of our professionals in the career field of your choice, taking a snapshot and gaining a real-life perspective of that career track in 2-3 days.
Target Audience : Senior Students
Rise is a graduate program targeting fresh graduates and candidates with maximum 2 years of experience. The selected Riser is assigned to 4 different rotations during his/her first year based on the track they choose at the beginning. The rotations can be in different functions and different lines of business as well. Each rotation has its own challenging objectives and the Riser has the opportunity to get exposed to strategic and challenging projects.
Target Audience : Fresh Graduates (0-2 years of experience)
