What is Rise?

Rise graduate program is Raya's annual program for fresh talent with 0 - 2 years of experience to go through a unique journey! Every 3-4 months you rotate in a different department or company to get a hands-on exposure which will excel your career. The program starts in January 2025, what tracks do we have this year?

Specialized Tracks

Rotate across different Lines of Business within the same function to deepen your understanding of the field across multiple industries!

General Tracks

Rotate within the same subsidiary to capture the greatest share of knowledge across various functions! 

For the general business tracks you will rotate across the support functions within the same Line of Business to support various decision-making leaders.

For the general operations tracks you will rotate across the core functions within the same Line of Business to understand the complexity of operations.

Rise Tracks 2025

Raya Auto: 

HR (Specialized): Join a dynamic team shaping the future of automotive. Leverage your expertise to drive talent acquisition, talent management, employer branding, learning & development and much more in a fast-paced industry.

Automotive Operations (General): Are you seeking to drive innovation in the automotive industry? Leverage your skills to optimize workshop operations and ensure seamless post-sales service.

Aman Holding: 

Business Analysis (General): Passionate about fintech? We're seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between technology and business. Analyze data, identify trends, and help us revolutionize the financial industry.
