Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a AR Executive.

What will you do:

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, cash application and communications with customers.
• Review and booking customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare aging reports and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and issues.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in month-end closing processes by preparing necessary journal entries related to accounts receivable.
• Support audits and provide documentation as required.
• Integrate the invoices from the ERP system to the e-invoice system
• Insert receipts on system.
• Review the customer’s contract and calculate NGP.

Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar).
• Preferred knowledge of Oracle system ERP.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Excel
