Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a AR Executive.
What will you do:
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, cash application and communications with customers.
- Review and booking customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare aging reports and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and issues.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in month-end closing processes by preparing necessary journal entries related to accounts receivable.
- Support audits and provide documentation as required.
- Integrate the invoices from the ERP system to the e-invoice system
- Insert receipts on system.
- Review the customer’s contract and calculate NGP.

- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar).
- Preferred knowledge of Oracle system ERP.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Excel
