Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Data Entry.

What will you do:

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of product details, inventory levels, and related data into the system.
• Record and monitor daily inventory movements, including receiving and issuing vouchers, to ensure proper closure of inventory cycles.
• Create purchase requests and process receipts for all incoming goods to the warehouse within the system.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to validate, verify, and reconcile data entries.
• Maintain and regularly update records of product codes, descriptions, and other essential information.
• Strictly adhere to Raya Foods’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Convert data from physical documents into digital formats with accuracy and consistency.
• Support projects requiring large-scale data entry and management.
• Prepare periodic reports and analyses related to warehouse activities and inventory status.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
• Good experience with Oracle fusion.
